Mission
The “Congregation of Hearts United in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary” also known as “Congregation des Coeurs Unis dans les Coeurs de Jesus et Marie” (a.k.a. C.C.U.) or “جامعة إتحاد القلوب بقلبي يسوع و مريم“ is a lay, apostolic, ecumenical, social and charitable movement free from religious or racial discriminations.
It was established in 1960 by Sr. Mathile Riachi (R.I.P) in Dekwaneh, Lebanon with the mission of Uniting the Christians of the world and advocating Bible teachings, prayers, meditation and fasting.
It has the approval of the ecclesiastical and civil authorities according to a certificate of registration and acquaintance nr 15 A.D. amendment nr 20 A.D. /2007.
C.C.U. comprises a Social department, a Children’s group and Missionaries group with missions in Congo and Philippines and a branch in Brazil.
In addition to the dispensary, the congregation sponsors between 150 and 200 needy families, by providing them with necessities such as food, clothes and medication.
تعريف الجمعية
جمعية “جامعة اتحاد القلوب بقلبي يسوع ومريم”، تقوم على بعدين اساسين: روحي واجتماعي خيري.
وهي غير سياسية ولا تتوخى الربح.
على الصعيد الروحي: هي حركة رسولية مسكونية قوامها العلمانيون الذين ينشطون في هذا المجال. وهي تدعو الى التوبة وممارسة الطقوس والى صلاة الوردية وتكريم السيدة العذراء.
على الصعيد الاجتماعي الخيري: تعمل على خدمة المحتاج على اصعدة عدة:
أ- عبر انشاء مستوصفات ومدارس مجانية وشبه مجانية.
ب- انشاء دور رعاية وايواء الايتام والمعوّزين والحالات الاجتماعية الصعبة وتعليمهم.
ج- انشاء دور رعاية وايواء المسنين.
د- انشاء نواد نهارية للمسنين والاطفال.
